Q : Is 121digital relevant for me and for my friends who are each at different mobile phone skill levels ? 

A : Yes. Beginner and Intermediate levels of Learners benefit from our courses

Q : Should I buy a new device before attending lessons ?

A : Bring your current mobile device and we will offer you advice, if you need to replace it.

Q : Can I bring an ordinary (non-smartphone) ?

A : 
Yes - of course. You are welcome although the course is really about the internet and any device which accesses the internet.
 Laptops / Tablets
Q : Are business applications included in the program ?

A : No. Tutors have digital skills but no knowledge of business applications.

Q : Are PCs available at the school/training centre for lessons ?

A : No. The school/training centre provides wireless (Wifi) to allow you connect your device to the internet. You will learn more (and faster) by using your own device.

Q : How long is each course ?

A : Courses are 8 hours (approx),  comprising either : 6 lessons of one hour & 20 minutes each in schools or 
4 lessons of 2 hours each in colleges / companies.
