Facilitator FAQ

Picture

Q : Who can be a Facilitator ?
A : A responsible adult aged 21 to 70. It makes sense to be a Facilitator in a training centre that is nearby to you to minimise your travel time and costs.

Q : What skills are required?

A : No digital skill is required of the Facilitator. Facilitators are required to delegate / facilitate / run the 121digital lessons. They communicate with the Champion (main contact person for 121digital for that training centre) and guide and support the Tutors and Learners using the content and structure of the 121digital course.

Q : How many Facilitators share the role in a typical school/college?

A : Usually, we plan for 2 Facilitators to share the role (in schools). This adds to the enjoyment for each Facilitator and reduces the pressure to attend every lesson (if a priority arises you can rely on the other Facilitator to cope in your absence).
In universities / IT colleges / Companies - one Facilitator is normally sufficient.
