Did you enjoy the lessons?: Yes - 99% Why ? : The lessons were fun and very useful.
How much did you learn?: Lots – More than I expected. Everything I wanted/needed and more.
What did you learn?: I was invited to choose 4 topics from a list of 14 topics. I learned new things which I use now. I also learned easier ways to do things. Now I use more features on my device. I learned how to use Skype / downloading apps (including Whatsapp) ...
What were the benefits?: Better communication by email and I find it easier to locate services using search engines. Lessons were private because they were one-to-one.
Are you more skilled / confident now?: Yes. I am more skilled and I am continuing to improve more through usage. Yes - my thinking has changed from 'I can't' to 'I can' or at least to 'I think I can, so, I will try'.
Are you more ‘in touch’ with family & friends now?: Yes - definitely ... my friends and relations tell me that it is easier to contact me, now. I am safer. I feel safer and they know I am safer.
Do you use the smartphone more? : Yes. How? : Through other features like email/messaging/browsing the internet.
Did you take notes?: I did. Did you practice between lessons?: Yes. My notes helped me to practice and I wrote more questions for my Tutor which were answered at the next lesson.
Is one-to-one (Tutor-to-Learner) the best way to learn ? Without a doubt. My course content was exactly what I wanted and was at a pace to suit me.
Did your lessons have a sociable aspect to them or were they 100% about learning?: The lessons were a sociable outlet for me (and for my Tutor). We had fun from start to finish.
Did you recommend 121digital to others ?: I did. How many ?: I told at least 6 others and will tell more friends and relatives.
